Russell Palmer is an entrepreneur, coach, and the founder of the Helios Transformation Institute. A Montana native, Russ began his entrepreneurial career in 1989 and went on to build several successful technology companies in Billings, including Echo Computer Networks and Connect Telephone and Computer Group. After decades in business leadership and real estate investment, Russ shifted his focus toward human transformation and the challenges people face during major life transitions.

Today his work centers on helping individuals and couples navigate meaningful change through practical frameworks for identity, discipline, and relational strength. Russ is the creator of The Way of CHANGE™ and The Way of Coupling™, and serves as Partner and Director of Operations at Helios Counseling of Montana, where he helps integrate coaching and clinical care to support lasting personal growth.
